Who We Are
AYVIL Solutions ("AYVIL", "we", "us") is operated by Jefferey Avilov, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We provide done-for-you communication automation services to trades businesses.
What Information We Collect
From our clients (trades business owners):
- Full legal name and business name
- Business phone number
- Email address
- Trade or industry type
From our clients' customers (callers to client businesses):
- Inbound phone numbers from missed calls
- Call timestamps
- SMS reply status and content
- Booking confirmations where applicable
From visitors to ayvil.ca:
- No personal data is collected through this website beyond what you voluntarily submit via our booking form (name, email, phone number)
Demo Feature — Data Handling
The Live Demo feature on ayvil.ca/demo allows visitors to voluntarily submit their phone number to receive a single demonstration SMS from AYVIL Solutions.
The following applies specifically to demo submissions:
- What is collected: Your phone number, entered voluntarily at the time of submission
- Purpose: To send a single demonstration SMS message to the number provided
- Retention: Zero. Your phone number is not logged, stored, written to any database, or retained after the message is transmitted
- Third-party processing: Your number is passed to Twilio (our SMS carrier) solely to deliver the demo message. Twilio processes it under their own privacy policy at twilio.com/legal/privacy
- Consent: You expressly consent to receiving the demo SMS by checking the consent box prior to submission, in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
- No further contact: Submitting your number for the demo does not opt you into any mailing list, SMS campaign, or follow-up communications of any kind

Why We Collect It
All data collected is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services. Specifically:
- To set up and operate automated missed call response systems on behalf of our clients
- To log leads and call activity in client CRM sheets
- To send automated SMS responses under the client's business name to their callers
- To provide performance reporting to our clients
- To communicate with clients about their account and service status
We do not use any data for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose outside of service delivery.
How Long We Retain Data
- Client account data is retained for the duration of the active service agreement
- Upon cancellation, all client data is deleted within 30 days of a written deletion request to info@ayvil.ca
- Caller data (logged in client Google Sheets CRM) is retained for 12 months after contract end, unless the client requests earlier deletion
Who We Share Data With
We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal data.
Data is processed through the following approved third-party sub-processors, each with their own privacy and security policies:
- Twilio — SMS sending and receiving, phone number management
- N8N — Workflow automation and orchestration
- Google Workspace — Sheets CRM, email communication
- Brevo — Email delivery
- Calendly — Booking link management
- Stripe — Payment processing
Each sub-processor is bound by their own privacy commitments. AYVIL is not liable for data handling failures originating from these platforms.
Your Rights Under PIPEDA
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Withdraw consent to data processing (note: this may result in service termination)
To exercise any of these rights, contact us in writing at info@ayvil.ca. We will respond within 30 days.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. These include restricted access to client data, use of encrypted third-party platforms, and limited data retention periods.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that poses a real risk of significant harm to individuals, AYVIL will notify affected clients in writing within a reasonable timeframe and take appropriate steps to mitigate the breach, in accordance with PIPEDA.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
